Web cleaning dramatically reduces the contaminants, particles, fibres, dust etc. on your web and increases quality, also decreases downtime and reject rates.

Contact Cleaning
Contact cleaners employ a soft polymer roller in contact with the web or sheet.
Particles accumulate on the roller and are then transferred onto a ” tacky roll “. The tacky roll can then be periodically purged by removing the top sheet of the roll. 70 sheets are on each roll and are perforated so purging is quick, easy and no knife use required by operators.
On exit from the cleaner, the web passes through antistatic bars in order to reduce recontamination.
Single and double sided cleaners available 250mm up to 2500mm long.
Non-Contact Cleaning
Non-contact cleaners use compressed air and vacuum to agitate the web and contamination is ducted away through a filter / fan unit to a holding bin.
As there is no contact with the web, there is no interference with web guiding and web tension.
Up to 10,000mm wide.
Virtually maintenance free.
